The system we run our own ad accounts on. Now pointed at yours.

RP ROAS Performance, LLC · Live · Google Ads only

The same stack, pointed at your account. Agents build, check, execute and report; a senior operator decides and answers for it.

01 — How a change reaches your account
$ build campaign.json --validate-only
structure, keywords, ads, budgets checked against the API
ad copy length checked before the review queue
validated · nothing created
$ build campaign.json --submit
submitted as one all-or-nothing operation
status: PAUSED — a separate command starts spending
recorded · reverses in one step

Nothing is done by hand in the interface. A failure halfway through cannot leave your account half built.

02 — What is handed over, and what is not

The system does

Builds, validates, executes

Reads search terms, adds negatives

Pulls the numbers, writes the report

Never gets bored of it in month four

A senior decides

What the account is trying to buy, and at what price

Which keywords are worth what they cost

Whether a change is a trend or noise

Whether the ads are the problem at all

The system is how the work gets done cheaply. The accountability is what you are buying.

03 — The week, every week
01Read the search termsThe report where the money leaks. More often while a campaign is new.
02Cut what does not payNegatives go in before the next dollar, not after a quarter of waste.
03Replace the losing adsEvery ad group stays in test. Copy is swapped as angles prove out.
04Move budget on a ruleSteps of twenty percent or less, so learning never restarts.

This is the work that most often is not being done on an account your size.

04 — What arrives once a month
Line oneWhat you spent
Line twoWhat it made
The rest of itWhat changed, and why I changed it

One page. It opens with money rather than impressions, because impressions are not a result.

For people who already live in a terminal

Book it from inside Claude.

Connect the hc0 server to Claude Code or Claude Desktop and this listing becomes something your own agent can reach. Ask it to price the service, check whether a seat is open, or start the order, and it hands back a checkout link. You pay on our rails, in a browser, like anything else — nothing here takes payment from an agent, and no card ever touches the protocol.

Coming soon

Not live yet, and this block is here rather than hidden because it is the next thing being built, not a maybe. It says "coming soon" for the same reason every other status on this site is accurate: a config block that fails when you paste it would cost more trust than the feature could ever earn. Ask to be told when it ships and you will be.

About this service

This is not a tool you have to learn, and not an agency you have to brief. It is the agent stack that builds, checks, executes and reports on the accounts we buy media on every day, pointed at your Google Ads instead.

It was built to run our own money, which is the only reason it is any good. Nothing in it was designed to be demoed. Agencies charge $2,000 to $5,000 for the same channel, and at your budget the person actually inside your account is their newest hire — because their cost is payroll and ours is not.

What the agents do not do is own the outcome. A senior operator decides what the account is trying to buy and at what price, reads what came back, and answers for it when it goes the wrong way. The software replaced the juniors, the coordinators and the account managers. It did not replace the person you can hold to the number.

The whole scope

  • Account structureTight themed ad groups, negatives in place before the first dollar, brand carved out so it stops flattering everything else.
  • Search terms, weeklyThe report where the money leaks, read every week and more often while a campaign is new. This is the work that most often is not being done.
  • Ads permanently in testEvery ad group runs a full responsive search ad and the copy gets replaced as the data says which angles pull.
  • Bids and budget on a ruleBudget moves in steps of twenty percent or less. Bigger jumps restart learning and you pay for the relearn.
  • One report a monthWhat you spent. What it made. What changed and why. One page.

What does not get handed to the machine

Software does production. It does not own an outcome. When your cost per lead doubles, no system takes responsibility for that, and I am not going to pretend otherwise to sound more futuristic.

And when it goes wrong you get the operator, not a ticket and not an account manager reading someone else's summary. The person who made the call explains the call.

The system is how the work gets done cheaply. The accountability is what you are buying.

Who you are contracting with

This is sold and run by ROAS Performance, LLC. That is the company on your invoice, the company your card is charged by, and the company that owns the Google Ads manager account yours links into. Inside it, one senior operator runs your account start to finish. No juniors, no account managers, nobody in training.

I am not going to put a first name and a face on a page and call that accountability. What you can actually hold is a company you can contract with, invoice, dispute, and stop paying. That is the version that still means something on the day something goes wrong.

From payment to running

  1. 01
You payEmail and card. No call to book, no proposal, no approval step.
  2. 02
You tell me about the accountSeven fields on the next page, five minutes. This is what lets me start today instead of next week.
  3. 03
I look and write backThe full account, then a written list of what is wrong and what I would change. Within two business days.
  4. 04
It goes live once you say yesNothing moves until you have read that list. Then the weekly work, and one report a month.

Want a question answered before you spend anything? The agent is at the bottom of this page.

What I need from you

  • Access to your Google Ads account, or twenty minutes to set one up. You grant it from inside your own account and revoke it the same way, in about a minute.
  • Working conversion tracking, which I will fix if it is broken.
  • A straight answer on what a customer is worth to you and what you can afford to pay for one.

After that, close to nothing. Most months you read a page and reply to it.

The part most pages leave out

This service is new and has no clients on it yet. No case studies, no logos, no testimonials, because inventing them would be the easiest thing on this page and you would have no way to check.

What is true and checkable: I run paid media professionally, at real scale, on budgets that are not mine, and the system described above exists and is in use. Want to see it before spending anything? Use the slower door below and ask. Buy from this page instead and you are buying on my word, this page, and one month of fees that does not come back. Those are genuinely different amounts of risk, and you should pick on purpose.

You are trading proof for price. If you need proof, wait six months. Buying early costs you the proof and gets you the price before it has any reason to move.

Do not buy this if any of it is you

Nothing here enforces this. There is no application and no approval, and the checkout takes money from anyone with a card, including everyone on this list. That makes it the only filter there is, and a weak one, because it only works if you apply it to yourself.

  • You spend under $1,000 a month. The fee is too big a share of it. Nothing stops you buying, which is why I am telling you not to.
  • You spend over $25,000 a month. The work changes shape and this price does not cover it. Write to me and I will point you somewhere better.
  • You want more than Google Ads.Meta plus SEO plus email under one roof is a full service agency. This is not one.
  • You are not tracking conversions and will not start.Nothing measurable means nothing manageable, by me or anyone. Fixing it first is fine; refusing is a hard no.
  • You want weekly calls and a Slack channel. That labor is exactly what was removed to reach this price.
  • You want performance pricing or a results guarantee.I will not guarantee revenue on someone else's product, offer and landing page.
  • You have no product, no traffic and no idea what a customer is worth.Google Ads will find that out for you very expensively.

Questions people actually ask

How is this cheaper than an agency?
Because there is no payroll in it. An agency's cost is people. At your budget most of those people are not working on your account, they are selling, coordinating, or reporting on it, and the one who is working on it is the cheapest person available. I removed the whole layer. The production work runs on a system I built and maintain, and the judgment work is done by me. What you are looking at is roughly an agency retainer with the staff cost taken out.
So is a robot running my account?
No. A system does the building, checking, executing, and reporting, faster and more consistently than a person would. A senior operator decides what to build and whether it is working, and answers for it. If you want the honest version: the software replaced the junior, not the operator. Every autonomous marketing product I have watched try to remove the accountable human has ended up putting one back.
What if it does not work?
First, you will know, because the monthly report leads with what you spent and what it made rather than with impressions. Second, you can cancel before any renewal, so the most this can cost you is one month of fees plus whatever you chose to spend on ads. Third, and this is the part that matters, if I get into your account and conclude that Google Ads is not your problem, you get that in the first written list rather than three months later, and I do not take a second payment on an account I have already said I cannot move. I would rather run accounts I can move than collect ones I cannot.
Who actually touches my account?
One senior operator at ROAS Performance, LLC, the company named on this page and on your invoice. The same one, every month. No team, no account manager, no offshore contractor, and nobody being trained on you. That is the entire reason this page exists.
Can I leave?
Yes, before any renewal, either from your own billing page in two clicks or by email. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no retention call in either direction. You keep the account, the campaign structure, the conversion tracking, and the history, because all of it was built in your account under your ownership and none of it was ever hostage.
What do you need from me?
Access to your Google Ads account, or twenty minutes to set one up. Working conversion tracking, which I will fix if it is broken. A straight answer on what a customer is worth to you and what you can afford to pay for one. After that, close to nothing. Most months you read a page and reply to it.
Why should I trust someone with no case studies yet?
You should not trust me on the strength of this page, because anyone can write one. So do not buy from the page. Use the slower door at the bottom, ask me to open the system and show you what it does with a real build, and ask what I would change in your account and why. You will know inside twenty minutes whether the person on the other end has run real budgets. A screenshot cannot tell you that and a logo wall definitely cannot. If you would rather skip that and just start, the hedge is the terms: one month at a time, no contract, and you can end it before a second invoice exists. What you cannot do is get the first month back. Those are genuinely different amounts of risk and I would rather you chose on purpose.
Can I talk to you before I buy?
Yes, and there is a door for it at the bottom of this page. It comes to me, there is no checkout attached to it, and I answer within a business day. It is slower by a day, on purpose. The buy button exists for people who already know what they want and would rather not wait for a stranger's permission to spend their own money. Neither door is the clever one.
Do you need my Google Ads login?
No. You grant access to my manager account from inside your own, and you revoke it the same way, in about a minute, whenever you want. You stay the owner of the account and the billing at all times.
What happens to my account if I stop?
Nothing. You revoke access and everything keeps running exactly as it is until you or someone else changes it. Nothing is built on my side, nothing gets switched off, and there is no export to request. It was always your account.
Do you work with my industry?
Probably, with two exceptions. Anything Google restricts or bans, where the constraint is the policy and not the buying, and anything where I would have to make claims about a product I cannot verify. Ask.
Are you going to try to sell me something else?
Not now. There is one thing on this page and it costs what it says. If I ever see something in your account worth fixing that is outside this scope, I will tell you what it is whether or not I am the one who could fix it, because a diagnosis you cannot trust is worth nothing to either of us.
Where does an agency retainer actually go?
Mostly payroll, and most of that payroll is not working on your account. Account management buys someone reachable, who does not touch it. Strategy buys a monthly review, in a meeting. Sales buys the senior who pitched you and never returns. Execution — the only line that touches your account daily — is the newest hire on the team. Senior time is the most expensive thing an agency owns, so it goes to selling and to the biggest accounts, and you are not the biggest account. You can tell it has happened to you when the search terms report has not been touched in weeks, the same three ads have run since launch, somebody added a broad match keyword and never came back to see what it matched, and the monthly report shows clicks going up without ever saying what they made.
What does "account structure" actually mean?
Tight themed ad groups rather than one bucket with forty keywords in it. Exact and phrase match on the terms you actually want. A campaign level negative list in place before the first dollar goes out rather than bolted on after three months of waste. Brand terms carved into their own campaign, because brand traffic converts at rates that flatter everything it is mixed into and hides what your real prospecting is doing.
How do I know you will not break my account?
Because almost nothing is done by hand in the interface. Every build is written out as a file, validated against Google's API in a mode that creates nothing, and only submitted once the whole thing comes back clean. It goes in as a single all or nothing operation, so a failure halfway through cannot leave you half built. Everything is created paused and needs a separate explicit command before it can spend. Every build writes a record of exactly what was created, so any change reverses in one step instead of being hunted down by hand. Ad copy is length checked before submission, so nothing reaches Google's review queue only to bounce for being two characters long.

Ask the agent first

Not ready to hand a stranger $899 on the strength of one page? Reasonable. Ask the agent instead. It answers from what is published on this listing — scope, price, what it needs from you, how a change reaches your account — and it answers now, not next business day.

What it will not do is pretend. It answers from this page and nothing else. The moment you ask something only a person can answer — anything about your account, your numbers, or whether this is right for you — it stops and hands you to the operator, who replies within one business day. No payment is attached to any of this.

Agent

Ask me anything about this service. I read from the listing you are on, so I can be exact about what is included, what is not, the price, the terms, and how the work actually reaches your account.

Reviews

No reviews yet

Nobody has bought this yet, so there is nothing here. The section stays anyway, because a listing that quietly omits its reviews is telling you the same thing less honestly.

Every review that ever appears here will be from somebody who paid, and it stays up whether it is good or not. There is no way to buy a placement on this page and there never will be, because the whole reason it prices in public is that you should not have to take anyone's word for anything.

  • ReviewsNone. The slot stays empty until somebody writes one.
  • Case studiesNone published for this listing.
  • What you can checkThe company, the price, and the terms.
  • Cost of being wrongOne month. Cancel before the next renewal.

The system is running either way

$899 a month, cancel before any renewal, no call to book. The first month does not come back, so read the list above before deciding this is you.

Or ask the agent first. It answers now, and hands over anything it should not answer.
