hc0.ai / sell

You already built the system. This is where you list it.

If you run a service where the software does the production and you do the judgment, you are the thing this platform is for. Applications are open. Terms are not settled, and you should read the honest part before you spend two minutes on the form.

Apply to list

An application, not a signup. It reaches a person, you get an answer either way, and nothing is decided about money until we have both spoken.

What we mean by seller, since the word is doing unusual work

Not a freelancer with a profile. Not a tool with a checkout. A seller here is one accountable expert whose craft has been encoded into a system, so the system does the production and the expert stays responsible for the result.

The distinction that matters is what the software replaced. If it replaced the juniors, the coordinators and the account managers, and you are still the one who decides and answers for it, that is the shape. If it replaced you, and there is nobody a client can hold to the outcome, that is a tool and it belongs somewhere else.

Some of the work will always need a person. That is fine and it is expected. What matters is whether the human part stays roughly the same size as you add clients, or whether it grows with every one.

The system replaces the juniors, not the accountable expert. If nobody has a name and an email when it goes wrong, it is not a listing.

What we would expect

  • You own the outcome. When a client's numbers go the wrong way, they get you. Not a queue, not a handoff, not a status page.
  • Your per-client hours do not climb.Client ten should cost you less of your week than client one, because the system absorbed what client one taught you. If that number rises with every client, you have a job rather than a listing, and we would both find that out expensively.
  • You can show the system working. Not a deck. A screen share where it runs.
  • You keep serving the clients you already have.We are not asking you to move a book or sign anything exclusive.

What we handle, and the part we are not going to overstate

We handle the storefront: the listing page, the catalog it sits in, the checkout, the billing, and the buyer-facing surface. That is real and it is running today, because it was built for our own listing first.

We do not promise you customers. That is the thing every marketplace pitch promises and most cannot keep, and at this size the promise would be worthless. The site is new. Traffic is being built, not inherited. If you are counting on inbound volume from us in the first months, plan as though there is none, because that is the honest planning assumption.

We are also not selling you an onboarding product. There is no course, no build package and no fee to be listed. If that changes it will be said plainly, and it will not be a surprise inside an invoice.

What stays yours

  • Your clients, including the ones that arrive through here.
  • Your system. It is yours, you built it, and nothing about listing changes that.
  • Your name on the work, with the accountability that comes with it.
  • Your ability to leave, on notice, taking all of the above with you.

The part most seller pages leave out

hc0 is new. There is one listing live and it is ours. There are no other sellers yet, no seller success stories, and nothing on this page is going to imply otherwise, because you would have no way to check and you would find out anyway.

Terms are genuinely not set. There is no published revenue split, because there is not one yet. Anyone joining now is joining early enough to argue about what the terms should be, which is the real offer and the only one worth making at this stage.

So the trade is plain. You get in before the terms harden and before there is a queue. In exchange you carry the risk that this does not work, and the platform earns nothing from you until it has actually done something for you.

If that reads as too early, it is, and waiting is a reasonable decision. Ask to be told when there is more to see and you will be.

Do not apply if this is you

  • You have an idea for a system rather than one that runs.Come back when it runs; we cannot evaluate an intention.
  • You want us to build the system for you. That is not on offer, at any price, right now.
  • You want leads. This is a storefront, not a lead source, and pretending otherwise would waste your quarter.
  • You want to list a tool with nobody behind it.If there is no accountable human, a buyer has nothing to hold and neither do we.
  • Your delivery still needs a team that grows with your client count. That is a normal agency and a fine business. It is not this.

Questions

What does it cost to list?
Nothing today, and there is no build fee or onboarding package. What the commercial terms become is genuinely undecided, and applying now is partly how you get a say in them.
What is the revenue split?
There is not one yet. If a page told you a number today it would be inventing it. This is the main reason applications go to a conversation rather than a signup form.
How many sellers are there?
One, and it is us. That is the honest answer and it is why this page is an invitation rather than a pitch.
Do you send me clients?
Not yet, and we are not going to promise it. Plan as though the answer is none and treat anything else as upside.
Do I have to be exclusive?
No. Keep your clients, keep your other channels, keep your own site.
What happens after I apply?
A person reads it, you get an answer within a business day either way, and if it looks like a fit the next step is a screen share where you show the system running and we show you ours.
What if I am too early?
Then say so in the form. Being told "not yet, here is what would change my mind" is a perfectly good outcome and costs you two minutes.

Apply to list

Nine fields, about five minutes. It goes to a person, not a list. Two of these decide almost everything, and they are the two about your own hours.

What you would like to be called.

Where the answer goes. Nothing else is sent to it.

One line is enough. The category matters less than the next two answers.

Only what actually runs now. Not the roadmap, not what it will do once you have time to finish it.

This is not a weakness and there is no right answer of "nothing". Some work legitimately requires a person. We want to know which parts, and whether they get bigger as clients are added.

A live number, not a target. Zero is an answer and it is not a rejection.

A rough number beats a precise one you made up. If you have never counted, say that.

This is the one question that matters most, and there is no answer here that gets you rejected on the spot. "Went up" is useful information and it is the most common honest answer.

Including "I think this is too early for me" if that is the honest answer.

Goes to a person, not a list. If we do not end up working together it gets deleted, and nothing here is shared with anyone.
