You already taught it. Let people buy it.
If you make videos showing how to produce something — a video style, a workflow, a build — a slice of your audience wants the result and is never going to do the steps. That slice is worth money to you, and right now it is worth nothing.
How this starts: we build it first
Not a pitch deck and not a meeting. We take a video you have already published, build a working version of what it teaches inside our system, and send it to you.
Then you decide. If it is wrong, tell us what is wrong and it gets fixed — you know the process better than we do, and the version worth selling is the one you would put your name on. If you want nothing to do with it, say so and it is deleted. There is no obligation attached to being shown something.
What you get if you say yes
- Your listingThe tool goes in the catalog with you named as the seller. Not "in partnership with", not a logo in a footer — the listing says who built it, because on this platform that line is who the buyer contracts with.
- 20% of your listingOf every payment it takes, for as long as it keeps selling. It is your process; that is the split that reflects it.
- 10% of everything elseAnything else somebody buys on hc0.ai within 60 days of clicking your link. First payment. They came through you, and what they end up buying is not your problem.
- A link that worksOne short URL for the description:
hc0.ai/r/yourname. It sets a first-party cookie and sends them to your listing. No pixel, no cross-site tracking, no redirect chain. - You keep improving itYour tool, inside our system, changed when you want it changed. The version people buy stays the version you would defend.
Why it is worth more than the sponsor slot
A sponsor pays you once for the same thirty seconds no matter who watches. This pays every time somebody in your audience wants the outcome rather than the lesson — and it pays again, at 10%, when they come back two months later and buy something completely unrelated.
It is also the version that does not cost you credibility. You are not reading ad copy for a product you have never used. You are pointing at a thing built from your own process that you signed off on, for the people in your comments asking whether you will just do it for them.
The honest part
The 60-day window is a cookie in the visitor's browser. If they clear it, switch device or block it, the attribution is gone and neither of us can prove anything. That is true of every affiliate programme; most of them do not say so on the page.
Payouts are made by a person, after the money clears. There is no dashboard yet. At the number of partners this is starting with, a human checking beats software nobody has built — and when that stops being true, you will get the dashboard rather than an excuse.
These are the launch terms. They get written down per partner before you put a link anywhere, so nothing here changes underneath you afterwards.
What we will not do
- Post links in your comments. Nobody gets a drive-by link under their video. If it is not a deal you agreed to, it does not happen.
- Copy your video. We build the tool from the process; we do not reproduce your footage, your script or your edit.
- List it without you. If you say no, it does not go in the catalog. The whole value of a seller line is that it is true.
- Ask you to say it works before it does. You get the build first. Judge it, then decide.
Get the build
Send the channel and the video worth starting from. If we cannot build a version of it that is actually worth selling, you get told that instead of strung along.
Not a creator?
If you would send businesses rather than an audience, the affiliate program pays a flat fee per client and needs no link at all. If you already buy here, referring a business puts credit on your own invoice.
