We're hiring.
Just kidding. There is nobody to hire, there is no one to hire them, and the name of the company is the whole disclosure.
The joke is load-bearing
Every marketplace this one is modelled on has a careers page with photographs of a team, a values section, and eleven open roles in trust & safety. This one has a laughing zero, because the count is the product.
The work that would have been those roles is done by systems that run continuously and do not get bored in month four. The building, the reading, the cutting, the reporting, the chasing — all of it is production, and production is what software is finally good at.
What was actually replaced, precisely
Not the accountable person. The juniors, the coordinators and the account managers — the layer that existed to move work between people. Remove the people and you remove the layer, which is a different and much less impressive claim than the one usually made about this.
What did not get replaced is the operator who decides what an account is trying to buy and at what price, reads what came back, and answers for it when the number goes the wrong way. That is why every listing on this site names a company you can invoice and stop paying, rather than a platform you can only complain to.
Anyone telling you the second part is automated is selling you the first part and hoping you do not notice.
So there is no job here
There is no salary, no equity, no laptop and no onboarding week. If that is what you are looking for, this is a dead end and it would be rude to dress it up as an opportunity.
What exists instead is two doors, and both of them pay.
If you built something that works
Where the software does the production and you do the judgment, you are the thing this platform is for. Your listing carries your company's name as the seller, because on this site that line is who the buyer contracts with — it is not a badge.
If you teach it on camera
If you make videos showing how to produce something, we will build a working version of what your video teaches and send it to you before asking for anything. You get 20% of what it sells, and 10% of anything else bought here within 60 days of your link.
And if you just want the work done
Which is, in fairness, what most people arriving on a careers page by accident actually want.
