If you have bought here, this browser probably already knows you. If you are on a new machine, put in the address you bought with and a person sends your billing link back.

Send me my billing link

The answer is the same whether or not that address has an account here. That is deliberate: it stops this box being used to find out who our customers are.

Why there is no password

Nothing behind this account is worth a password you would end up reusing somewhere that matters. Your card lives with Stripe, your invoices live with Stripe, and cancelling is a button on their billing page rather than a favour you ask us for.

So the credential is the purchase itself. When you buy, this browser is quietly given a token that resolves to your billing account and nothing else. It cannot see anybody else's, and it is not an identity claim — it is a receipt that knows which drawer it belongs in.

What happens when you ask for a link

Right now, a person. There is no automated mail leaving this system yet, so the request lands with the operator, who opens your customer record and sends a fresh billing link. Inside a business day, from an address you can reply to.

Stale links are deliberately not pre-generated and forwarded — billing portal URLs are short-lived and single-use, and one that has expired reads exactly like being locked out of your own account.
