No promise of results

Nothing on hc0.ai is a guarantee of a result. Not a return on ad spend, not a ranking, not a conversion rate, not a revenue figure, not a cost per acquisition.

Advertising outcomes depend on your offer, your margins, your market, your competition, your budget, the season and the platforms' own behaviour. Most of those are outside anybody's control, including ours. A vendor who quotes you a number before seeing your account is guessing; a vendor who quotes one after seeing it is estimating, and should say which.

Where a listing describes what a service does, it describes the work. It does not describe what that work will earn you.

No customer proof, and none invented

This site carries no testimonials, no star ratings, no review counts, no order counts, no case studies and no client logos. That is not modesty and it is not an oversight — it is because inventing them would be the cheapest lie available and the easiest one to get away with.

What is here instead is a status on every listing, a price you can read without a call, and a company you can look up, invoice and stop paying.

Statuses and prices

Listings carry one of three statuses. Live means available now and startable this week. Private beta means we do it for a small number of clients and it is not productized, so the listing opens on request. Coming soon means real and not available yet.

"Coming soon" carries no date, because a date we could not keep would be worth less than no date at all. It is a statement of intent and nothing more. Treat any forward-looking sentence on this site the same way.

Prices and scope change. The version of a listing on the page at the moment you buy is the version that applies.

The free Shopify store build

The store build listed at no charge is a launch offer and it will not run forever. When it ends, the listing will say so rather than quietly becoming paid. Your Shopify subscription is a separate cost that you pay Shopify directly at their normal price; it is not ours and we never touch it.

Independence from the platforms

ROAS Performance, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Shopify Inc., or any other platform whose product is named on this site. Those names are used only to describe what a service works on.

Google Ads, Google and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC. Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. All other product names, logos and brands are the property of their owners and are used for identification only.

Platform risk

Advertising accounts get restricted, limited and disabled. It happens to good accounts running clean offers, it happens without warning, and it is decided by the platforms rather than by us.

Where a listing offers a replacement path, that is a promise about how fast you get running again. It is not a promise that nothing will go down. No one can sell you that, and treating a promise of prevention as a warning sign will serve you well across this whole industry.

Funding, credit and US company setup

The listings in the Funding category are preparation and paperwork. ROAS Performance, LLC is not a bank, a lender, a credit broker, a credit repair organisation or a tax agent. We issue no credit and arrange no loan, and nothing we do binds any institution to approve anything.

No amount is promised anywhere. Not a credit limit, not a grant size, not an approval. Those decisions belong to the issuer or the awarding body, against their own criteria and their own budget, and any figure printed here would be an invention dressed as a forecast. Where you see six-figure numbers advertised elsewhere in this market, treat them as somebody's best individual outcome rather than as an offer.

ITIN work is application preparation and filing. We are not an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent and do not present ourselves as one.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. Claims you make about your own product remain yours to substantiate, including where we wrote the sentence.

Third-party links and tools

Where this site links somewhere else, that destination is not under our control and we are not responsible for its content, its terms or its handling of your data.

The MCP endpoint at mcp.hc0.ai is currently a placeholder. It answers a connection so your client does not report a dead server, and every tool on it returns a notice rather than real data. Nothing on that endpoint can order or charge anything, and that will remain true when the real one ships.

Accuracy

This site is maintained by one company and written by hand. It will occasionally be wrong. If something here is inaccurate, say so and it gets fixed rather than argued about.
