Existing tags, pixels, containers and platform conversion actions — and, separately, what you believe they mean. The gap between those two is usually the finding.

A real purchase or lead is put through and traced all the way into the platform's own reporting before anything is signed off.
Questions
Will this change my reported numbers?
Almost certainly, and usually downward. That is the point. Optimising against inflated conversions is how accounts go broke while the dashboard looks fine.
Do you do server-side tracking?
Where the platform supports it and your stack allows it, yes. Where it would be theatre, that gets said out loud instead of quoted for.
How long does it take?
The install is quick. The verification is the part that takes real time, and it is the part that is never skipped.
