Ad images built from what is already winning, not from a blank page.
LiveMost creative rounds start with a brief and a mood board. This one starts with what is already taking money — in your account if there is data, in the public ad libraries of the people outselling you if there is not — and works backwards from the pattern to a batch you can actually put in an auction.
What you get
- A batch of static ads, sized for the placements you actually run.
- Every concept traceable to something that is already spending money somewhere, rather than to somebody's taste.
- The line on the image written to be read at thumb speed, because that is the ad.
- Source files, so the next round is an edit and not a rebuild.
- A named variant code on every file, so the one that wins can be found again in three months.
What this is not
- Photography and product shoots. Existing material gets composited; nothing new gets staged.
- Brand identity work. This is direct response, not a rebrand.
- Claims that cannot be substantiated. In regulated categories the copy gets trimmed, not invented.
How it runs
- 01
You send the account or the URL
Whatever exists: ad account access if you have it, the store if you do not. The first thing that happens is a read of what has already run.
- 02
The batch gets built and screened
Concepts come from the winning pattern, get produced, then go through the same quality gate our own ads pass before a cent is spent behind them.
- 03
You get the files and a test plan
Named, sized and ordered by what to test first, so a batch turns into a decision instead of a folder.
Questions
How many images in a batch?
It depends on the placements and how much proven material there is to work from. The number is stated in the quote before you agree to it, and it does not move afterwards.
Do you write the copy on the image too?
Yes. The line on the image is the ad. Treating it as decoration is the reason most static rounds die quietly.
Can you work without ad account access?
Yes, but the first batch is weaker and you should know that going in. Without your data the patterns come only from public ad libraries, which show what competitors keep paying to run but not what converts for you.
